Joshua Kagan is an attorney who specializes in digital media, entertainment, intellectual property, technology, and Internet law. His practice focuses on providing cutting-edge solutions to today’s complex legal problems.
Joshua has an extensive knowledge of technology which he brings to every issue he handles, whether drafting and negotiating a complex license agreement or providing routine services such registering a federal trademark. Joshua has represented a number of high technology and video game industry clients. He also served for some time as in-house counsel at a video game publisher that focuses on massively multiplayer online games. For the past year, he has served as in-house counsel for Phenomenex, a biotech company that develops and produces chromatography consumables.
Joshua is a member of the California State Bar. He graduated with high distinction from the Pennsylvania State University in 2005, and the Southwestern University School of Law in 2008. He was admitted to the Bar in 2008 as well.
